Order Confirmation

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. (We suggest you check Junk Email)

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment.

In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (1-3 business days) we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment.

If the item title shows preorder, your order is preorder. Usually, pre-orders will ship out in 1-2 weeks after you place the order.

Germany: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU Plug, free shipping, no customs.

Ireland: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU plug, please pay attention.

Europe: Ship from Germany warehouse with EU plug.

Island and remote address: We can only ship from China, the buyer needs to bear a customs clearance fee.

1, We offer Fast shipping via  DHL, GLS, or other couriers 24 hours after we got your order(Business days).

2, After the order is processed, usually 4 – 7 business days for the product(s) to reach you.

3, If your tracking number hasn’t been updated in 5 days, please get in touch with us to check it.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us. We will respond to your questions within one business day.
Please do notice:
ONLY Led grow lights can be returned or replaced within 30 days after receiving, in the precondition of quality issues;
Returns” that do not consistent with the warranty policy need to bear the return shipping fee and deduct the listing cost, no returned product will be accepted and inspected without the “Return Request from SPIDER FARMER.
Please keep the return package intact and provide pictures to expedite the refund review.
Please contact us before returning any product, if you sent it back without authorization may not be refundable.
All accessories (e.g. wires, controllers, hangers) can be fully refunded if the original packaging is unused and the conditions are the same, or if the packaging is new.

Return Procedure

Different regions have different return addresses. Do request return shipping information before you need to return.

2. We’ll check your order information and reply with solutions and the return address by email within 24 business hours.
3. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund.
