Spider Farmer warranty terms applicable to products purchased through authorized channels.

1 Year | Year 1: Full warranty (free parts, repair, shipping). Over 1 Year: Customer bears all after-sales costs. Covers only defects in workmanship or materials that cause malfunction under normal use. |

2 Years | Year 1: Full warranty (free parts, repair, shipping). Year 2: Customer is responsible for shipping costs; full product replacement available at 50–80% depreciated value. |

1 Year | Replacement parts will be provided first for quality issues; no returns or exchanges for non-quality issues. |
What's Covered
- Defects in workmanship or materials that cause malfunction under normal use.
- Free replacement or repair at Spider Farmer's discretion.
- Year 1 shipping for warranty returns is covered by Spider Farmer.
What's Excluded / Void Conditions
- Water exposure, incorrect voltage, dropping, disassembly, or abnormal use.
- Misuse, accident, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear including scratches, dents, or color fading.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or improper storage.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or channels.
Geographic Scope & Transferability
- Valid in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from an authorized channel.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
How to Claim
Fill out the Warranty Request Form
Submit your request online or email us with order details and a description of the issue.
Attach Evidence
Include order screenshots, clear photos, or videos showing the technical problem.
Professional Review
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a solution (repair, parts, or replacement).
Ship the Product
Ship the affected product only after authorization is issued. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Ineligible Returns
- If a returned product is found to be ineligible for warranty service after inspection (e.g. out of warranty, customer-caused damage, no proof of purchase), Spider Farmer may charge the customer's credit card or PayPal account for inspection and return shipping costs before sending the item back.
