There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit. A credit card computer, either on our end or your bank’s end, may have encountered a machine error or your billing information may not have been accepted. If you are experiencing issues with submitting an order, please contact us.

1, After you make the payment, you will receive confirmation email of the order, please check your email, especially junk email.

2, Do not accept payment through IDEAL.  If you paid through IDEAL, PayPal will email you for a refund. Please pay attention.

If you can’t select shipping method when you place the order, please contact us to sort out the shipping method for your region.

Yes, if the package didn’t ship out, we can help you change/cancel the order. Please contact us to check if it’s available. (Usually in 24 hours)

Yes, we can change your shipping address if your package has not ship out. Generally, we will ship out order in 24 business hours.

We ship from Germany  warehouses. Shipping will be arranged within 24 hours after you have received the order confirmation. The tracking number will then also be processed, you can expect the package within 4 to 7 working days.

Generally, preorder will ship out in 20 days.
