I must say I have not regretted buying this set.
Everything arrived neatly packed in flawless condition, except for the display on the controller, that has a single little scratch, because there is no cover film on it.., but to be honest I don’t care about that, since it’s really tiny and doesn’t effect anything.
The tent it self is nice and thick, and once you properly attach the vent covers there are no light leaks. The lower zipper line runs around so make sure you open it when you put in the frame, otherwise you might damage the tent. (I noticed it too late and ended up ever so slightly damaging the zipper resulting in a tiny light leak spot)
The Mylar is crazy reflective which I’m sure the Ladies will love, just like the phenomenal lights which were the main reason for my purchase.
The vent even at the highest setting is fairly quiet, and if you avoid bends in the pipeline it blows nicely enough that you will probably never need to run it on max.
The provided little selves are also nice for some thermometers so you can monitor temps and humidity in the tent at different heights.
Interested to see how well will the automatization work, once I set it up.
Small tip for any one who is also planning on getting an irrigation system for this tent:
The ports on the tent are higher than the outlet placement for you water tank.
You can get the waterline in at the bottom the tent door where the zippers meet.
However with the “Spider Farmer Automatic Drip Irrigation System for Plants Water Pump with 8 Drip Emitters”, this won’t be needed as it has a pump, so there should be no problem using the lower cable port to get into the tent, and set it up with a timer for a little more control than with the gravity based model.
During the weekend there were no response from the service e-mail of the company, however on Monday morning the response arrived, so I assume nobody was in the office during the weekend. Which I’m actually fully fine with as I much more prefer to work with humans than chatbots and irritating AI systems, that don’t work or help at all, so I don’t mind that little waiting time.
Costumer service was also just the way I like it, and as it should be (no BS), so I’ll be returning to Spider Farmer in the future, for more of their Goods.
I use this Complete Grow Tent Kit for veg in this way you need to tents for perpetual harvest . One for veg one for flowering. Work perfect and consumption of electricity is insanely low .
